Terrible REALLY BAD software and Camera

The software may or may not support my camera (a SW-WIFIPTX) - the camera box says it does but their web site does not list the camera as supported by the software. This is the only software they publish for the mac - so if it does not support the camera, they lie on their camera box about working with Mac.

The software asks for things like EID and VCODE that are not included with the camera, on the box, or on the material inside the box. You cannot register an account through the software without an EID and VCODE.

As a WIFI security camera, the camera fails - it does not connect to an upen wifi network on power up. It does connect through a wired connection, but the software (including the iPhone software) will not connect to the camera. Other than seeing that the camera is connected (by seeing it via my router) there is no way to access the camera win the network.
